The Dutch don’t celebrate Halloween (unfortunately) but I took birthday girl Naomi, who turned 7 on Monday, to a children’s museum - with mom and my best friend WP.

Oh my, oh my! The gifts Santa got me this year were better than I dare imagine! Amongst the goodies were a huge (and I do mean huge) board with a map of the world. (That’s me crossing all the places I’ve visited.) My brother informed me those are usually just made for companies and schools…

I got my brother an early birthday present (his birthday is December 31st - seriosuly): Antony and the Johnsons will be in the Netherlands for just one concert on May 3rd. He and I have something to look forward to
And I finally got the complete Witchblade series on dvd. Woo-hoo!  I was never a fan of the comics, but when I saw Yancy Butler as Sara Pezzini kicking major ass I was a goner.

And this morning one of Santa’s little helpers slipped me this precious little thing in my stocking:
